Healthy Eating

Hi everyone! I'm back in my post,today i'm going to write about "Healthy Eating". Any idea what do we have to eat in order to be healthy? We must eat nutritious food in order to be healthy like vegetables , meat but with less oil, and fruits everyday. Many adults and children often eat junk food suck as french fries and hamburgers.It is important to eat healthily as eating unhealthy food may cause diseases.Eating unhealthy food may cause diseases such as stroke, diabetes and high blood pressure. Eating fruits and vegetables helps u gain more nutrition , by eating fruit after a meal digests the food u just ate very quickly.I love eating vegetables and fruits!^.^
